You will enjoy the benefits of our one-stop shop by having one person work with you on all event logistics. Our staff will make your experience at Bridgewater as easy and carefree as possible. Tell us the scope of your meeting and we will recommend the most appropriate locations on campus to showcase each segment of your program. Whether you plan to utilize our auditoriums, classrooms, function rooms, athletic facilities, and residence halls or select outdoor settings, we are committed to making your next conference or event a success. We take pride in our brick buildings, tree lined walkways, abundant greenery, and the overall quaint feeling of the campus. Once you’ve arrived, you will find our campus to be easily walkable with all the charm you would expect from New England. We will be revisiting this decision on an ongoing basis and look forward to welcoming our friends back to campus when it is safe and feasible to do so. We regret having to make this decision as BSU has many wonderful partners who regularly utilize space on our campus.

BSU’s focus will be welcoming our faculty, staff and students back to campus at full capacity, therefore, our limited resources and staffing will be dedicated to ensuring the University can meet the needs of its internal programs. The University has made the difficult decision to restrict the use of campus space for events sponsored by external organizations during the fall semester.
